Hansie is an actively encouraged individual consistently involved in all facets of fit out, demolition, construction from pre-construction stage to handover. Still a new face to the construction industry but with the experience nearing 3 years with his time spent at IIS Space. Hansie is proactive, helps manage various sites with along with the senior management to successfully complete the project efficiently and effectively.
Hansie is very diligent and keen to improve his skill set and constantly putting effort on his professional development. Currently he is progressing towards becoming a site manager with emphasis on working with the senior project team. He constantly shows potential by successfully deputising the site in the absence of the senior site manager.
He enjoys developing a good relationships with everyone as he believes that maintaining these relationships is key to success of each project. He loves IIS Space’s ethics, culture and has pride in the service.
In his free time, he enjoys family life, socialising, badminton & reading
