IIS Space successfully delivered the design and total refurbishment of the Kerry Group office space and R&D facility within the Millennium Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.

The scope of the project comprised 30,000 sq. ft. across 3 floors, providing amenities to support 230 staff. The refurbishment involved the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing floors. This created a working environment that more fully supports the needs of the staff. The ground floor also includes a new test kitchen and staff canteen that also functions as a townhall space.

The new facility supports the Kerry Groups’ requirements for a customer and employee focused workplace. The modern facilities includes administration areas, meeting spaces, staff breakout area, staff support facilities with collaboration spaces and a colourful theme.

The finished refurbishment is a colourful, modern and an inspiring place to work. The variety of workspaces are sized and configured to meet the client’s needs while also providing flexibility of use.
