The Award Winning – Lock Studios – London

Delighted to share The Award Winning Lock Studios, Devons Road, London project, completed with our fantastic client Workspace Group, designed by Bluebottle Architecture & Design.

Lock Studios is another great location for Workspace Group. The Cat B fitout over six floors by IIS Space includes reception area, bespoke modern offices, individual studios, commercial kitchen, open plan spaces, manager offices, post room, meeting rooms, canteen area and multiple breakout spaces.

IIS Space has won a National award for the second year running in the Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards. This year the winning entry was for our Lock Studios, Devons Road, London project, a Cat B Project over six floors in Bow, East London, which is also shortlisted for the current 2020 Fitout Awards.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a not-for-profit, independent organisation founded to raise standards in the construction industry. The Scheme’s National Site Awards recognise those sites registered with the Scheme that have raised the bar for considerate construction.
