The new IIS workplace provides us with an environment that reflects the philosophy and culture of our company. A space that is inclusive, transparent and encourages collaboration. 

We worked with our design team, to ensure that all of our needs were met to create a flexible workplace environment that will support our business into the future. The result is a modern open plan space with simple detailing, exposed services and an honest robust materials palette that has been softened with the use of timber cladding, adding warmth and texture. 

Lighting has been used as a sculptural element within the main space to emphasis height whilst being functional and energy efficient. Cellular office and meeting space remains transparent with the use of custom designed glazing screens and a large light box graphic has been used as a platform to show case our current project experience, adding impact and vibrancy.

We believe that a great quality working environment can be delivered within a tight budget and timeframe through considered design and effective project coordination and management. We practice what we preach, and this principle was reflected in the delivery of our own new workplace.
