IIS Space – Kerry Group, a considered approach..

Working in close collaboration with the Kerry Group, IIS have successfully delivered a 30,000 sq.ft office space and R&D facility within the Millenium Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.

The new facility supports the Kerry Groups’ requirements for customer and employee focused, modern facilities including specialist research and development laboratories presentation spaces, administration areas, meeting spaces, staff breakout area and staff support facilities.

A considered and functional finishes and materials palette has been used throughout directly reflecting the purpose of each space. Careful consideration was given to ensure that the appropriate materials were used in terms of safety and hygiene, as well as ensuring that they were responsibly produced and sourced with regard to environmental impact. 

The deliberate spacious and open environment has been achieved with the use of the engineered partition glazing system, which directly reflects the Kerry Groups transparency and drive for excellenceThese facilities are core to Kerry’s strategic plans for future development within the EMEA region. IIS have delivered a considered solution, achieving Kerry Group’s stringent deliverables in terms of aspirations for the facility, budget, time frame and program. 

The project fitout was delivered within 12 weeks with IIS responsible for the components and coordination of the project including FF&E procurement and specialist services including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire engineering services. 

The clean and simple look and feel reflects the functionality of the environment.
