A dedicated project team is appointed at the start of the process and every project receives a personal commitment from one of our directors, who maintains overall responsibility throughout.
Pre-Construction
The pre-construction phase is critical to the success of any project. It identifies solutions for any problematic elements. We provide guidance and advise on issues such as site condition and logistics, project feasibility, budget, procurement and value management.
Define
We develop an understanding of how you currently work, how this may change into the future and what you want to achieve, along with any constraints. Understanding the detail is key to ensuring your project is delivered in line with your vision and requirements.
Plan
Using our extensive experience we carry out detailed planning in conjunction with all stakeholders. Our plan considers all key factors such material and labour availability, long lead items and phasing.
Delivery
We manage the build, guarantee quality, control costs and complete on time, all in the safest possible way. The delivery phase is all about coordination, communication and implementation of quality and H&S standards and financial management.
Handover
Upon completion of construction work, final quality assurance inspections are made. We handover with minimal snagging as we snag items as we deliver the project.

We build long-standing relationships with our clients. Our entire team has a genuine commitment to quality of delivery. We continue to support clients post-handover and into the future.
