Nick has over 30 years of extensive experience in the design, construction and project management of refurbishment and fitout projects in Ireland and the UK. He worked with some of the UKs largest D&B companies during his 15-year period in London. Nick co-founded IIS Space in 2004 and has successfully delivered projects ranging in size from 1,000 to 75,000 sq. ft. He operates on the methodology that ‘delivery is assured and not just expected’ which has been core in establishing IIS Space as a market leader in office and retail interiors. Nick enjoys seeing the positive impact our deliveries make to our clients and their teams.
Nick currently manages the Meath Senior Inter County hurling team which is very time consuming but manages to find the time with the support of his family who are all keen hurling followers.
