Kevin O’Hara
Quantity Surveyor
Kevin’s role within the IIS Space team is that of Quantity Surveyor. With over 7 years’ experience in the construction industry, he is well versed in creating budgets and tendering projects. As part of the Commercial team, his role is to manage procurement for each works package and deliver jobs as expected, within budget. Kevin enjoys developing relationships with new and existing clients as well as subcontractors and believes that maintaining these relationships is key to every project delivery in the fast-paced environment of the fitout world. Kevin believes working with IIS Space is unlike any in the fitout market due to the close nit company culture and team ethic of overdelivering on projects whether that be timescale or quality of results.
