Steve has 22-years extensive knowledge and experience of successfully overseeing all phases of construction & development projects from £1k to £40m for local authority, leisure, retail, health service, pharmaceutical, financial, banking, education and private sector clients. Experience includes managing different trade teams of up to 350 on a 20m fast track fit out Design & Build Project, CAT A, CAT B, refurbishments and Data Centres, M&E install, Rail Maintenance and upgrades, major Civils, structural alterations, demolition, new build, ground works and cladding and all other aspects of construction.
