IIS Space were appointed to carry out the Cat A fitout on behalf of the landlord and the Cat B fitout on behalf of the tenant Arvato. IIS Space was chosen for this project because we had previously carried out smaller scale projects for Arvato and built up a trusting relationship.

Technical expertise key to meeting ambitious deadline
The 75,000 sq. ft. space needed to accommodate 400 staff, the programme was a fast track programme, completed in an 18-week period. Our detailed planning sequenced works so the challenges of combining the Cat A and Cat B fitout were achieved within the programme length.
The fitout works included:
- A very detailed architectural fitout
- Full mechanical, electrical, data and security package
- Turn stiles at reception
A new service riser was cut through the building from roof to ground floor to accommodate the new services.

The 75,000 sq. ft. office fitout for Arvato was completed in an 18-week period. The space has various collaboration spaces and meeting rooms which includes extensive AV facilities and electronic booking system. Other spaces in the fitout include full restaurant, kitchen, IT floor, conference facility and chill out zones.
