Overview

IIS Space delivered the office fitout of client Lucozade Ribena Suntory. The offices are located on the 7th floor of The Chase Building, Sandyford. The interior was taken up with multiple large meeting rooms and offices, outdated technologies and under-utilised reception area, the furniture was also outdated and oversized for the present user – a work space in need of modernisation.

The brief was to fully utilise their existing floorplate by creating definitive zones for:

  • Formal and informal meetings
  • Canteen
  • Social / games area
  • Town hall
  • Flexible breakout areas

The solution needed to reflect the young company demographic and deliver an inspiring, staff focused design that amplified the company’s inherent brand values.
