Turning open spaces into working places
The newer of the two buildings is Citywest, which posed fewer M&E complications as all equipment was in good working order. However, the Booterstown location required the installation of a new mechanical plant internally and on the roof top.
Both buildings offer fantastic open places spaces for numerous different teams to occupy.
Booterstown has fantastic views of the Irish sea and in terms of design this was maximised by positioning the dining and breakout spaces in these areas.
Citywest was constructed with multiple meeting rooms, as this is a client facing building. These rooms are flexible with moveable walls that can be altered from 4 person to 30-person spaces.
Infosys had a huge focus on Country identity in the Citywest location. A theme of mountain ranges, rivers and provinces in Ireland was used to identify areas and meeting rooms.
