IIS Space were contracted to complete the design and refurbishment of the Kerry Food existing office facility at Hawthorn House, Millennium Park, Naas. The scope of the project comprised 30,000 sq. ft. across 3 floors, providing amenities to support 230 staff.

THE PROCESS
From demolition to completion in 14 weeks
The refurbishment involved the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing floors to create a working environment that more fully supports the needs of the staff.
An office facility of this scale called for a variety of workspaces to enhance and promote more effective and collaborative working practices.
The new accommodation includes;

The ground floor also includes a new test kitchen and dynamic staff canteen. This also functions as a townhall space along with the buildings main conference facility.
