A stunning building brimming with history, IIS Space completely transformed this awesome Victorian era building into a modern, inspirational and vibrant workspace. The works included the complete strip out and refurbishment of all existing finishes and fittings across four floors. Sandblasting of the ceilings and walls across the project. Asbestos removal, demolition works, skylight renovation and installation, mechanical & electrical fitout. Construction of new restrooms and showers along with the associated tiling and sanitary ware throughout.
